Office Interior Design, Sheikh Zayed Road

The project involved the complete interior fitout of the office space within Aspin Tower, one of the prominent commercial buildings on Sheikh Zayed Road. The scope included space planning, partitioning, ceiling works, flooring, custom joinery, and installation of modern office finishes aligned with corporate branding.

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works covered HVAC system modification, lighting and power distribution, fire alarm and firefighting systems, data and communication networks, and plumbing adjustments to suit the new office layout.

The objective was to deliver a functional, modern, and efficient workplace environment while complying with local authority regulations, building management requirements, and international standards. The project required close coordination between design, fitout, and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of all systems within the given timeline.

The project faced challenges due to existing building constraints, including limited ceiling space and pre-installed MEP services, requiring careful coordination and rerouting of systems. Close collaboration between interior, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams was essential to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution under a tight schedule.

Additional challenges included obtaining authority approvals, managing material procurement, and working within an operational commercial tower with restricted access and working hours. Maintaining quality standards, integrating modern systems, and ensuring health and safety compliance were also critical throughout the project.
