Villa Renovation Khawaneej

The project involved the complete renovation of Villa 20 located in Al Mizhar 1, Khawaneej, including architectural modifications, interior design, fit-out works, and full civil and MEP upgrades. The scope covered space reconfiguration, structural adjustments, new finishes, custom joinery, as well as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drainage systems. The objective was to transform the existing villa into a modern, functional, and aesthetically enhanced living space while meeting client requirements and regulatory standards.

The project faced challenges related to working within an existing structure, requiring careful assessment and modification of civil and MEP systems without compromising structural integrity. Coordination between renovation works and new design elements was essential to ensure seamless integration of upgraded services and finishes.

Additional challenges included managing site conditions, material selection, and execution within a residential area with access and operational constraints.
