The project involved the complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design, installation, and commissioning for a commercial/residential development. The scope included HVAC system installation and modification, power distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm and firefighting networks, plumbing and drainage works, and integration of data and communication systems.

The objective was to deliver efficient, reliable, and fully compliant MEP systems that support the building’s operational requirements while meeting local authority regulations, international standards, and client specifications. The project required close coordination with architectural and interior fit-out teams to ensure seamless integration of all systems within the defined schedule.

The project faced challenges related to limited space for ducting and cabling, complex routing of plumbing and electrical networks, and integrating modern systems within an existing structural layout. Coordination between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams was critical to avoid clashes and ensure smooth execution.

Additional challenges included obtaining timely authority approvals, managing material procurement for specialized equipment, and working within operational buildings with restricted access and working hours. Maintaining quality standards, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering fully commissioned and tested systems on schedule were key priorities throughout the project.
