The project involved the complete construction and finishing of a swimming pool facility, including structural works, waterproofing, pool finishing, and surrounding landscape elements. The scope covered excavation, reinforced concrete works, pool shell construction, tiling, decking, and installation of high-quality pool finishes aligned with client requirements.

The MEP works included installation of pool filtration and circulation systems, pumps, water treatment and chemical dosing systems, underwater lighting, drainage, and plumbing networks. Electrical works covered power supply for equipment, control panels, and integration of automated pool management systems.

The objective was to deliver a safe, durable, and aesthetically appealing swimming pool facility while complying with local regulations, health and safety standards, and international best practices. The project required close coordination between civil, MEP, and finishing teams to ensure proper system integration and timely completion.
